Burnt Store Marina is a community unlike any other in Charlotte County and maybe all of Florida. It is a fully gated community with a golf course, restaurant, over 500 rentable boat slips (for almost all boat sizes) and dry dock storage. Residents traveling in golf carts, dolphins and beautiful sunsets are daily sights at the marina.
The Marina is situated on the Charlotte and Lee County line. It is best accessed by Burnt Store Road or by boat. There has been considerable recent residential and commercial development in and especially around the marina. The marina access is highly sought by boaters because it is located in protected Charlotte Harbor but is also close to the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico and the Peace and Caloosahatchee Rivers.
There is something for every taste at Burnt Store Marina because there are so many different property types. Shared wall villas, high rise condos, single family homes and quiet, small golf course condos are all available within the community. Some of the high rise condos have panoramic views of Charlotte Harbor and some of the boats in the marina. The single family homes are varied as well. Some are on canals, some are on the golf course, and some are along the exterior wall.
Entry level pricing for the marina is at $95,000 for condos and $175,000 for single family homes. The harbor view condos range from the $200,000's to well over $1 million. The age range of properties is from 30 years old to new construction.
