Burnt Store Isles (BSI) is a deed-restricted, waterfront community with Twin Isles Country Club (formerly Burnt Store Country Club) situated in the center of the community. It’s rare to find a beautiful waterfront community where you can dock your boat behind your home and then walk across the street to the Country Club for a round of golf or just to socialize. There is no requirement to join the Club, it's just there if you want it.
Burnt Store Isles is smaller and newer than Punta Gorda Isles with approximately 1,000 canal-front and 400 golf-course homes and lots. It's boating access to Charlotte Harbor is via Alligator Creek, a natural river. It is exactly like Punta Gorda Isles in that all waterfront properties are in the Canal Maintenance System. This means that the City of Punta Gorda maintains the canals and seawalls.

Burnt Store Isles Association (BSIA) is the voluntary property owners association for Burnt Store Isles. The association was formed as a means for residents and owners of property in BSI to promote the continual improvement of the neighborhood, protect the common interest of all residents and coordinate social/group activities for property owners.
Burnt Store Isles Boat Club (BSIBC) was formed in January 1989. Since its inception the boat club has grown rapidly. Membership in the boat club is open to all residents of Burnt Store Isles regardless of boat ownership. Our primary focus is to promote safe and enjoyable boating activities in beautiful Charlotte Harbor and the surrounding areas. Throughout the year we have luncheon and dinner cruises to local marina restaurants, picnics to barrier island beaches and overnight cruises to local and East Coast resort areas.
Twin Isles Country Club Charlotte County’s premier, private country club is located in the heart of beautiful Burnt Store Isles. Categories of memberships include Golf, Tennis and Social. The golf course was renovated by a leading Florida golf architect in November 2000. Four sets of tees are provided with yardage ranging from 5300 to 6700. Tennis is popular and competitive programs thrive at the Club. There is an active professional staff and four clay plus two hard courts.
